Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Roy obviously has some problem with him as he is not even on the bench tonight :(

Subs: Jones, Kyrgiakos, Aurelio, Wilson, Maxi, Cole, Eccleston.

He wasn't in the squad that travelled over so not surprising.

Babel stinking the place up as usual. Bring on Maxi.:D

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,385 ✭✭✭✭D'Agger

While I know he's just after fúcking up there again - at least Babel is trying to beat his man instead of just cutting onto his right into traffic like he normally does

He's still frustrating as hell though!!

Fnck off Babel seriously the biggest dissapointment i've ever seen wear our shirt.. the quintessential modern football player.

Babel is Napolis best player so far. breaks up all the liverpool attack.

And then Maxi will stink the place up.

    Bring on Dani Pacheco

He's not even on the bench, maybe "he's not the profile of player we need at the moment"

Any explaination as to why we only have 6 subs on the bench?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,385 ✭✭✭✭D'Agger

    God I love Shelvey!! :D

Really want to see him do well, seems like a proper, hardworking, honest player

The pitch seems very hard underneath, ball bouncing all over the shop.

Babel is rubbish......again, enough of this pony defiantly on the put list come January looks totally disinterested in tracking back or offering anything creative.

Didn't some of the scumbags over there break into the stadium and cut holes out of the pitch during the week?

    Joe Cole coming on?

This isn't a bad performance actually so far.

In comparison to the sh*t performances we are used to.

I'd be playing Torres tonight. He needs a goal or two to bring up some confidence!

Didnt hear that but it looks bobbly to me, seems very hard to control the ball.

This game is awful to watch....AGAIN!
    Can't take Roy's tactics anymore.

Been thinking and I genuinely can't remember the last time Liverpool created a real good scoring chance....let alone score!

Given our form I was not looking forward to this game. Given the line up I was worried. So far - surprisingly happy with the performance - we should get something from this game.

Shelvey's doing well, all things considered. Nice ball to Ngog there.

    you mean this?

No i was riffing on the what he said when asked about being interested in signing Van Der Vart

Shelvey does not look out of his depth at all. Would like to see a lot more of him at teh expense of Poulsen or Lucas in future.

Ah, I see. Wouldn't have surprised me

Koncheskey staying towards the middle of the goal comes in handy this time!! :pac:

The lack of faith in Jamie Carragher is epitamised by the fact that Reina had to race 40 yards out of his goal to clear a ball there that wouldn't be threatining for most decent defenders.

Ah come on lads I am all for being harsh on Hodgson but that was a pretty good first half display. We are away from home in Europe without many of our first team players.
