Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello,

I will be visiting my family near Stuttgart for Christams and appart from the obvious Stuttgart Christmas Market i wondered if anybody had original tips on where to go to eat, places to visit, events to see etc ...?

I'm going to ask my cousin but any info from someone who's already been would be a fantastic bonus!

    Thanks in advance! :o

Well if anybody ever wants to do a similar trip...

Here's what my cousin has planned for us :

Esslinger Weihnachtsmarkt (Medieval Christmas Market) , the Ludwigsburger Weihnachtsmarkt (Baroque style) and the Stuttgarter Weihnachtsmarkt (here we have an little finnish market, too, biggest Christmas Market in the World).
The Domizil (her favourite bar in Leonberg) and we will go out in Stuttgart on the Theodor Heuss Street. This is a Street with over 25 clubs. There we will find something were we can dance, drink, have fun....and lots more.

She will try to get us in the Mercedes-Benz museums and to teach us how to cook a lot of typical german "schäbisch" (swabian) food. "After your holidays here, you will weigh over 15 kilos more =)."

Sounds perfectly Christmassy to me, especially with the snow they have over there!...

    ;)
