    I have access to hundreds of marble-sized crab apples from a farm i shoot on..is there any way to turn them into booze?

    Yup. There sure is!

    Haven't tried it yet but found what looks like a good recipe for Crabapple wine herehttp://www.homebrewtalk.com/f79/crabapple-wine-51010/.

    Looks like he froze them beforehand too so you can keep some for later.

    I had some left over after making Cider so have them in the Freezer for whenever I get around to making Crabapple wine.

    I think there is plenty more info floating around the net on it too if you google it.

    funnily enough i get my apples from a farm i hunt on too. yeah you can make booze. we have approx 40 litres fermenting at the moment.
    we basiclly pick,pulp,press a load of apples of different varietys.
    check out the web and youtube for how to do it. we've been doing it 3 yrs now. every autumn we pick apples and make the juice and by new yr its ready to drink. rocket fuel.
