    Tried this for the first time last week...

    Sea Bass
    Soy Sauce
    Garlic
    Ginger
    Chilli
    Spring Onion
    Coriander

    20 mins @ 180c in the oven.

    Pretty good, fish was beautifully cooked and really well flavoured. Made it again the next day but used a little less coriander this time as it can be very dominating flavour wise.

    Anyone any other recipes similar to this?
