Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I think that's being pretty optimistic. They'll be doing well to get 30,000, but that's not to say that 30k would not be a great turn-out.

Finding it hard to sleep, was lying down for 30 minutes but nothing...I'm like a 7 year old kid at Christmas.

Massive day tomorrow and I hope to god we can do it, it'd really brighten up what has been a sh*t weekend and mostly sh*tty year for me.

    C'MON THE BIT O' RED!

errm whats stopping kids going on say the dart?

coming from wexford, its ideal for you. get on at bray for example and get off at the stadium. coming home maybe a bit conjested, but maybe leave 5 minutes early or wait about 30 minutes afterwards until the crowd clears and then get the dart.

driving should not be a problem, get the n11 straight into donneybroke stadium and park anywhere around there, probably will even be free street parking and its a 10 minute walk to the stadium. the rds will also have car parking as there is a big event on there.

Looks like it's going to be a nice day for it, albeit a cold one. If only the same could be said for London...

I'm just reading the paper now and it says people at today's game will have a chance to buy tickets for the Norway game for 10 quid, anyone know where we can get these?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 513 ✭✭✭Qwerty27

Will there be ticketmaster van at the stadium or would I need to buy tikcet before I head to ground? Thanks!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,513 ✭✭✭✭Mr.Crinklewood

Edit. More info in both questions

On match day this Sunday, tickets will be available through ticketmaster outlets located on the corner of Northumberland Road and Shelbourne Road up to kick off at 3.30pm.

The FAI also announced that supporters attending the FAI Ford Cup final will be entitled to a €10 discount on tickets for the 3 international friendly against Norway on November 17. This discount will be redeemable by presenting the FAI Ford Cup final ticket stub in the ticket outlets located in Aviva Stadium on matchday.

Sligo by far the better team so far

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,337 ✭✭✭✭monkey9

Yeah, definitely. Shams started off better, but Sligo have gradually played their way into the match and have had the better chances.

I hope Sligo don't end up regretting these missed chances!!

Yep, interviewing Gerry Carr while a ball sails past an empty Sligo Rovers goal. Christ!

Sligo should be in front alright.

    How would be a disgrace?
Undeserved maybe, but not a disgrace if it was won fairly.

Sligo have had so many stand out players!

It will be very unfair on Sligo if one of their players gets a 2nd yellow in this extra and this changes the game. It has been a great game despite the best efforts of the ref to ruin it.
