Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Injury advice

    Hi,
Looking for peoples' thoughts: I have been cycling to work five days a week for two months now, about 22km return. I also run 4-5 miles once or twice a week. Really enjoying this but... I'm prone to problem knees and it has gotten more noticeable with the increase in activity. I also had this problem a number of years ago when I took up running. It's more of a heat/prickly feeling than an actual pain, can be on either side of my kneecap, I don't feel it during activity or when I'm up and about, just when sitting and at night. It would also get worse after a long drive. Over the years it's only really disappeared when I've been doing no exercise for a few months.

Anyone have any advice/ similar problems? I have orthotics but they don't seem to help.I'm concerned that if I keep up the activity that I'm wearing away something and will pay for it in the future. But at the same time I really enjoy running/cycling and don't want to do nothing.
    Thanks
