I had Rob Baxter in the account name on the lodgement slip and they said it didn't correspond to the name on the account but they let me transfer it in the branch anyway.

Leave the name blank on the form and say it is to pay for your rent.

I said could I just leave it blank but she said no. She said if the account number was incorrect I would have no come back for a refund. I said it's only €40 and would take the chance but again was told NO. :mad:

I honestly would if I had more time but I don't want to take the chance as all payments have to be cleared by Wednesday.

Have some bad news guys.

The rep got back to me today. Apparently the surcharge is applied to each item and not the total order.

There is a surcharge of 50% extra if 4 or less items...
There is a surcharge of 20% extra if 10 or less items...

Here is a link to our current order with the quantities we have already for each items. Maybe some would reconsider there items (L/S jersey to S/S?) or pay the extra surcharge? Or if you want out that's fine too?

Sorry about all this, I didn't know. The woman never made it clear. She made it seem as though just 10 items had to be ordered to avoid the surcharge.

I'll e-mail all the people getting L/S jerseys first and see what they want to do.... because they have only 4 of each.....

This may take another day or two to fully sort out..

No there is no surcharge on items that we have ordered 10 or more on...

Currently, we are getting surcharges on everything except the S/S 1/4 zip and the buff...

We'll see how the orders change though. I sent an e-mail to everyone who ordered a L/S jersey, maybe they will move to a jacket instead or perhaps a S/S full zip??

We'll see how this plays out..
