Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

So one of the big noises about this phone was it's super fast boot times.

Mine however takes nearly a minute to boot.

Removed the Sim and SD Card, doesn't make a difference.

    Anybody got any ideas? Thanks

Theres a full reboot and a fast boot. The fast boot is more like a hibernation on a PC then a full shutdown.Theres a setting somewhere for it I think

How's the screen looking in comparison to other OLEDs if possible?

In the Battery Usage screen what does it give for Display after a good browse?

    How's the camera? Indoors?

    Cheers OP!

    1) Colors are a little bit washed out. Still looks "pretty good" to me though.
Don't have an OLED to compare to, but whites not quite as white, less
    saturated colors.

    2) "Good browse" is a bit subjective, but battery life is a bit lackluster so far.
Might improve a bit, battery isn't broken in yet.

    3) Whilst the screen has a bit of 'under-saturation' i've found the Camera so far to have a bit over-saturation. Otherwise, fair level of detail, sharpness. Not a camera expert. Settings probably need tinkering.

Happy I didnt wait and went with the SGS, as cool as I beleve DHD really is, I think most of the heartake would have been from looking at that bigger screen and constantly compareing it to the wifes SGS.
it's a big deal to me as it's the part of the phone I use most.

    So here's what happens.

When you press the power button, you get three options.

    1) Power off
    2) Reboot.
    3) Airplane mode.

If you select reboot, you get a message say temporary files will be removed, and it takes a good minute to 90 seconds to reboot.

If you select power off, then turn it back on again, said 'fast boot' takes place.
