Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This is a must win. If we don't win this game, I'm comfortable saying we definitely wont win the league.

    Wonder what's up with Ando?!

I don't like that line up.

Actually, I don't like that line up with that shape.

Seemed to pick up an injury on Wednesday, he went straight down the tunnel didn't he.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,709 ✭✭✭CR 7

I think Scholes, Nani and Berba should bring out the best in Chicho. 1-0 to United.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,386 ✭✭✭d22ontour

Gonna be a tough game, shape of the line up looks odd to say the least...

I think you may be right actually. Makes much more sense.

Ando coulda made a difference in this game, sad to see the injury.

I would rather see Obertan on the left than Evra tbh. I think O'Shea will be on the right.

I think Stoke will get a point today

I'm glad Anderson and park are no where near the team today. They've played well in fits and starts in the last few games. No consistency from either of them.

You prefer a LB on the LW? Or a defender in central midfield?

Anderson had a good game against Bursaspor. I think it's clear he has picked up a knock rather than been dropped.

Very, very unsure of this United side.

If it is Evra in midfield I would be ok with that (and O'Shea LB) but if O'Shea is in midfield, I really really worry about this side.

I reckon it will be a 433. with O'Shea in midfield with Scholes and Fletcher, with Nani and Chico on the wings (wrong position for Chico, but Fergie has already deployed him there a few times) and Berbatov in the centre.

With Giggs and Valencia out injured and Park simply shít at the moment it does give us problems on the wing though. It is times like this especially that I wish we had kept Cleverley at the club, I think he would have been a very welcome addition to our side.

He was energetic n played one nice through ball.wasn't that impressive. I'm not his biggest fan, but he's young and umfit so um sure there is more to come... how much though I'm not so sure. Im happy he isnt fit for today to be honest

Looks like a 4-5-1 to me. Really hope its not 4-4-2 with Fletch shunted wide.

I do worry about Neville, especially up against Etherington who can give him problems!

Big test for Chico too and would be nice to see more of what him and Berba can do.

    Cmon United!

Didn't O'Shea score last year?! He's our goal threat!!!
Sky have Evra on the wing, we'll see how they line up!

When's the last time Stoke even scored against united??

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,291 ✭✭✭eclectichoney

Is Park injured? seems od dthat he is left out if not.

Not sure about JOS in midfield at all ... :(
