Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Chico's goal was absolute quality. Love unconventional finishes like that.

It was absurdly lucky. He's such a liability at this stage, it really worries me every time I see him on the pitch.

Rafeal and John O'Shea at full back don't exactly inspire confidence either though.

Who did Wes Brown kill? He should be given more playing time over Dot.

    Neville off, Obertan on please.

Evra's doing sweet fa on the left anyway.

Thats not a bad idea at all...

Stoke will be on the attack 2nd half + Obertan extra pace on the counter could be very nice. Also he's got good height which will help!

I've just seen the replay of Delap's tackle on Nani, the teams are even in terms of bookings not given.

I agree in terms of the ref not really punishing Stoke enough for their physicality.

Is it just me or do Stoke spend more time booing the opposition rather than cheering on their own team?

Hopefully they go down soon, I hate their ugly brand of hoofing that they call football.

    Viva hernandez! Viva hernandez!
Scores with the front of his head,
Scores with the back of his head,
    Viva hernandez.

    Edit: that's better :p.

I gotta say I love Gary Neville. Great player for Utd through the years.

Bad tackle, could've been very nasty. Hope one is made back

just more extreme overacting and screaming from Nani who will now waltz on with nothing wrong with him..

My love for him is directly proportional to the amount the hatorz hate him.

And they hate him a lot. He really really annoys them.:pac:

Nani does tend to ham it up a bit, but in the replay it looked like he was kicked very hard in fairness.

    Was Neville subbed?

It wasn't a dig, it was fact.

Collins had a right kick at him. That's a fact. What do you want him to do die on the ground from a tackle? Some pain lasts for a couple of seconds. Surely you know that.

Bad tackle, yellow card. And of course it was a dig.

 he screamed like he had broken his legs, rolled around in agony. Then got up 60 seconds later and ran back on with nothing wrong with him. It's simple fact. I suppose you could class it as a dig at Nani for acting like that. Which is fair enough I guess. Not sure I take 'any chance' to get a dig in at him though. If you really think that maybe supply some evidence. Must be hundreds of examples?

Poor decision by ref Huth stands his ground and probably should of got a penalty there

any comment that's anti-anything Man Utd related you really hate don't you?

that was there for all to see.

i don't know why you're calling it pathetic.

all teams have players who do it, Nani is one of yours, and deserves to be called on it when it happens, just like everyone else.

Same as ethrington but didn't hear you comment on that

Etherington had a visible limp and spent time on the sidelines gettig treatment.

Nani jumped right up and carried on perfectly. If he was as bad as his screams made out he'd have 'done an Etherington'.

    There's a difference.

Is it not my right to hate anything anti-United? Just by general nature I'm going to hate anything Anti-United anyway. But I'm not going to be blinded either. Nani likes to have a roll and I didn't think that was one. Collins had a nice Stoke-esque swipe at Nani, I thought it was a bad one. You disagree. But I thought it was a bad one.

Same as when you stand on an upturned plug. Immense pain for a few minutes, then you can walk around like normal, with maybe a little bit of pain. Footballers aren't superhuman you know. There was contact, it was an awkward fall because of it, and he was ok after a few minutes and the impact pain wore off.

I'm not taking sides here but I think thats unfair on Etherington he had to go off for treatment and was hobbling around for a while after

Usually I just go ****, maybe jump up a little, rub my foot then walk it off. It's very painful but I seldom scream at the top of my lungs, drop to the ground and roll around. I doubt you do either.

In fact I've seen many people break bones and various other reasonably bad injuries and never seen one of them scream and roll around the way Nani just did.

This kind of simulated injury is becoming more and more prevalent and is a plague, it's much worse than than just the acutal act of diving or 'going down easy'. As the only aim appears to be to get other players carded.
