Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Converting a bike to electric?

Just wondering about this. I've searched the forum and read the pro/anti arguments, and I'm definitely pro-power. I like bikes but hate wind and hills. I'm not looking to wear the tight pants, just cycle normally on the flat (albeit at higher speeds) and have assistance for the rest of it if I want to. So has anybody bought and fitted a kit to their bike? I know it's expensive but it's much cheaper than buying a premade ebike and you can customise it to your own needs. A moped is expensive for me to buy, insure, tax and run so it's not a option as I'm unemployed.

    Thanks for your help.
