water gone bank holiday monday?

hey all, anyones water off? im in the blackrock area, tried to get a drink and the tap went to a trickle and now its completly gone:mad: this is the first time i have had a problem, even through all the trouble last year, i was frosty last night but i doubt it was cold enough to cause any trouble,
