Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A new scientific survey (according to 98fm) says that Dubliners are lazy and dont get up until 10 am. Personally, I think 10 am is an early start!

Obviously we're talking about days when one isn't in work.

4:30am Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun. 5:30am Tues, Thurs, Sat. I exercise and run for a good part of the morning so get up to get it done. I feel down if I end up sleeping in any later than 6 which happens every once in a while.

When I have work or college usually 6:30/7:00am. When I have nothing to do it's around 10:00/11:00am and if I was out the night before 12:00/1:00 depending on the hangover :D

I get up at 8 most days. Earliest court is 10am, but usually I'm not in until 10:30 or 11.

I get up at 6am every morning as I work for myself. Any wonder the country is in such a state with these solicitors and barristers being paid hundreds of thousands of euro to lounge about half the day..:mad:

Depends obviously. For work - up at 6.30

Any other time, around 9.30 to 10. Its funny, if I went to bed at 11 the night before or at 4am, id still be up at 10 at the latest the next day.

around 10-10:30pm. bloody hate staying in bed and feel very refreshed even if I don't have "the required" 8 hours or whatever it is these days. work days don't make any difference, still up at the same time so it is just routine at this stage. :)

Work is fairly flexible so usually get up sometime between 8:30 and 9, with the aim of being in sometime between 9:30 and 10. If I'm home for the weekend I would go back on a Monday morning so up a 6:30 and it's hell. Weekends could be anytime between 10 am and 2pm or even later an odd time.

I can't understand how people get up at 5 am or other unheard of hours to go running and stuff when they don't have to. It's a massive struggle for me getting up at 8:30 on a regular basis, keeping my eyes open is work never mind going running or the gym.

Damn crims, robbing our sleep.

I am a late morning person and can never get out of bed unless the building collapsed on top of me. What I really hate is meeting deadlines to arrive for work at, whats the bloody purpose of that when it has zero affect on my quality of work?:confused:

I haev the alarm set to 5:45am

Out of the house by 6:50 and get to work at 7:30. I leave around 3:30 or 4pm

We have flexible time so it doesnt matter what time i get there as long as I get my work done.

I'd call 98fm lazy journalists but I don't think they qualify as journalists, so lazy people on the radio talking nonsense.

What was that thing they replaced the DJ's with in the simpsons?
    Time for one of those.

Completely depends on my working hours! Some days I'm up at 5am for work and other days I work until about 4am...so then I'm not up until about 12 the next day.

This summer it was nearly always between 6 and 6.30am. Now that I do mainly bar shifts it's about 11-12. When I'm in college it's usually a half an hour before the first class in the morning..
