    Just wondering has anone bought/rented/used a vibrating plate???was it any good???:confused::confused::confused:

    I used a vibro plates regularly in my local chartbusters which has now closed down. Am devastated because I did find it works ...but doesn't replace regular exercise. It defined my shape and certainly improved the appearance of cellulite.

    Am now looking up sites to find out where I can rent one....I find the waist is not as firm without my regular sessions on the machine. :mad:
