If Eircom replace your router under warranty do they replace it with a Zxyel?

Hi guys, My Zyxel Router ( Model Number: P-660HW-T1 v3) constantly hangs, I would like to get a replacement from them, but are they still handing out these routers? IE Would I get a different vendor router if I requested a new one? thanks

if they replace it you will get another zyxel modem

You could ask do they have any re-furbished netopia modems, they will send it out to you if they do.

As I said it is re-furbished but it's better than the zyxel s***e
