Hey there,

Does anyone know an alternative no for the collections dept for BOSI?

Due to a banking error with my bank, they took money they shouldnt have from my account, as a result my monthly payment for loan I have with BOSI was missed..

I have been trying to call them since last week and do you think I can get through, not a chance, spending most of my week last week on hold for them is really starting to annoy me..

I have spent over an hour on hold today trying to get through to pay their bloody loan payment, talk about making it difficult to give money away :rolleyes: :mad:
