On behalf of UPC I guess, haven't taken the survey but could be related to recent court action - UPC to offer music downloads?

got the same email/survey invitation myself.
Not that interested tbh in such a service esp if its costs above zero ^^. I guess its the best way to keep the RIAA and IRMA off their back :P.
