Wood burning stove

Hi Everyone,

I have 2 quick questions.

Himself has me driven demented about getting a "real fire" in the sitting room and i am completely against this - it would cost far too much (no back boiler/no heart/ no mantle place/ huge drop from gap to floor/gas pipes etc.)

but i was wondering about getting an inset wood stove just for heating the room not for heating water or thing like that.

where would one go about sourcing something like that ?

and

how much would it costs roughly ?

You could contact them about prices.

Had something similar in Australia. It had an electric fan that circulated room air around the heat box and so made it just as efficient as a freestanding stove.
