Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It's been alright. Arsenal on top, just about. I predict many goals.

Think arsenal have been well on top, Newcastle dangerous all the same, agreed on the goals thing. Will be 3/4 here i'd say

Is Gibbs the most injury prone player this season?

Not just this season. He makes Van Persie look like Chuck Norris.

Probably the same reason the one in the first minute in the Newcastle penalty area wasn't.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,329 ✭✭✭Manc-Red

There would have been a riot if the Gunner's had 'ave scored there.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,161 ✭✭✭✭M5

Yup, hardly intentional but you cat gain such a clear advantage from a handball

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,975 ✭✭✭iMuse

Newcastle fans would have been pissed if that went in. Wasnt a hand ball though

Usually looked on differently outside the box to be fair!

think that would be given 90% of the time outside the box

    5% inside

    no chance this time

And? I'm not saying that's not the case, but I'm unsure of where to find it in the laws. If someone is going to start whinging about an accidental handball not being given in the build-up to a chance they should remember the one not given which blocked a close-range shot.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 23,316 ✭✭✭✭amacachi

    Can see this finishing 0-0.

i didnt say i didnt remember it! Its a different stage of the game, i dont refer to an earlier incident every time! less of the "whinging" yourself good man!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 51,342 ✭✭✭✭That_Guy

I mean the unintentional ones. You usually get a FK outside the box

Aye that he is. Can't cross the ball for sh*t.

He's not made one good run yet. He's supposed to be playing out wide but he keeps cutting inside.

Newcastle are needing the break here big-time.

Arsenal playing some lovely footy that the Geordies can't live with atm.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 51,342 ✭✭✭✭That_Guy

That was good from Routledge.... Still can't cross for sh*t.

Thought we had it under control, but the last few mins normal business resumed. Only way we'll win here is by getting one on the break. Arsenal dont look that solid at the back
