First of all, hello to everyone.

I'd like to ask you, since the registration license for a bars that are selling alcohol costs €150,000+, are there any legal (law) regulations for the restaurants who wants to sell alcohol (like bottle of wine during a dinner )?

thank you for links, but i wasnt able to find the price. So if we assume that its €500, its like €500 per annum (or monthly) or you pay just once and thats it?

Per annum, and you have to apply every year I think?

Correct, needs to be renewed every year. That doesn't cover beer sales though. Thats about 900 and there are much more regulations around it.

No, it's a separate licence. Your premises has to be inspected and strangely enough if it's a restaurant the stipulation is that you can't have a bar as such, if you get what they're implying by that.

That's strange, seeing as there's less alcohol in beer than wine. Is the beer licence more expensive than a wine one?
