Hey hey folks, this month's "Out Of Tune" presents "Possibly Intoxicated Gents", "Local Strangers" and "Neptune City" live at "The Neptune Flowing Tide", Lower Abbey St. As it's the season fancy dress is encouraged for this month with prizes to be won for the best costume. Doors open at 8 P.M until late, admission €5.…
