Resource for website quality control?

Hey folks,
I'm wondering if anyone knows of a site/service that professionally checks a website for its build quality, to make sure there is a minimal amount of erroneous or sub-quality coding through it?

Does such a thing exist?

You have automated code analysers and server hardening programs. Manual code review might involve these as well as something like

( IIS + .Net oriented. Out of date but haven't found a good newer equivalent. Newer tools are MS WACA and MS CAT 2 but still uses FxCop to analyse code against rules).

There are a number of consultants that'll offer this. You'll need to find one familiar with the methods you're using to create and deploy your site.

I've only played with lint, sonar, FxCop. Coverity gets a fair bit of marketing for testing large open source projects.
