cant connect to upc wireless

trying to connect to upc wireless, it asks me for a security key, i enter my passphrase and it says the key or passphrase is incorrect, bare in mind this passphrase works on every other pc in the house, any ideas, running upc 30 meg, standard modem epc2425

Same thing happened me on one PC, the other one was fine. I called UPC support and they sorted it for me.
