I have a 1/1 degree in a life science discipline, and am interested in studying medicine.

As I'm based in the west and relocating is not an option, I'm limited to NUI,Galway, which does not offer medicine as a post graduate option.

So, what is the position with taking it on as an undergraduate course?

As I have a life science degree already, are there exemptions available to shorten the course?

Any information greatly appreciated, and what sort of timeframe, in years, am I looking at if I was successful in applying?

    Thanks,
    Scienceless.
