Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Haven't beeen on here in a while but I posted something then went to delete it (which I did) however am I right in saying that the Edit button has changed somehow?
As in before you could totally delete your own post, title included, all trace of it, but now it seems to me that you have to replace your original post with another...like you just can't erase it fully anymore...hence why I'm now asking this question in place of my OP...

As far as I know the edit option hasn't changed at all.

You should be able to edit your own posts for up to 48 hours.
If you want to edit or delete something after 48 hours, all you have to do is PM one of the mods and they'll usually do it for you :)
I'm not sure if the same applies to the opening posts of new threads, but I think they should work the same way.
