Of what I've seen of Liverpool so far this season, admittedly little...

..but Kyrgiakos, Lucas and surprisingly Meireles have been by far their best players and again today.

Lucas has been woeful this season, been better last couple of weeks. The other 2 have been pretty good allright.

True but why should they have to watch with the sound off?

Gray is pretty poor a lot of the time.

A more constructive solution would be to get someone with a genuine insight into the game and who's not painfully biased in favour of anyone or anything British.

Yep, getting tackles in, passing well and hasn't lost the ball once. Been the best player on the pitch so far. Torres has been brutal though not sure if it's fitness or what, but he doesn't look sharp at all. Carragher at right back offers nothing what so ever, surely Kelly is a better option? As for Gerrard? Another cracking performance once again from the best midfielder in the world.

John Champion and Nigel Winterburn doing the comm on sopcast, kinda got used to them at this stage, much better than the drama queens on sky.

Lucas, like most players plays his best stuff when he gets a decent run in the team, it was the same last season. He doesn't seem to do well when he's in one week and out the next.

He's been one of the only one's playing well this season to be fair.

He has tried hard but he's poor today. Torres is a passenger out there at the minute. His poor performance is resonating throughout the team. I'd take him off and leave him out for a few games, only coming in as a sub.
