"normally the line out is a strength of irish rugby"

this is a myth. if your lineout is good one day and ****e the next then its nNOT a strong lineout.

Slippy ground, at speed, Smith was always gonna get over the line.

Ireland looking very rattled - Healy with the tap, Reddan with that pass - trying to force the game when its not possible!

Kidney and the management team seem to be time warped too two years ago when we won the slam! The tactics are a joke and the execution is then times worse some simply brutal handling and headless chicken stuff out there! Kicking away ball constantly joke!

It's a pity Mary Byrne is an the Xfactor tonight- I'd say she could throw in better than Best

Something tells mr her throws would be dull repetitive and very predictable...

Where is the leadership on the pitch, no one talking at all. POC is seriously missed for this likewise O'Gara. Terrible kick from Sexton.

    "Fog soup", ew.

If things keep going like that there should be as many changes as possible at halftime, at least maybe the players on the bench haven't choked yet.

Yup, dropped it just after he hit the ground.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,858 ✭✭✭pappyodaniel

Just like the Irish players on the field today, WE on boards need to calm down, slating players and management and calling for drastic substitutions isn't needed. It's gonna happen, there will be a spark that'll get us going, it's Irish rugby, are we not used to bad starts, disjointed play and basic errors....it WILL come good. :)

Ya if you look closely you can see a very slight knock on alright.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,641 ✭✭✭touts

Well Sexton is nothing if not consistent. You can always rely on him to bottle it when the slightest pressure comes on.
