Forum for selling small/cheap items

    Does anyone know of a web site (with reasonable/large traffic)
    that can be used for selling small/cheap items?

    We have a number of things we no longer need. We feel they are
    worth something (typically 10 or 20 euro). Putting a regular
    "classified ad" is pointless, since it typically is 10 euro just to
    put the ad, which can often be the price of the item. Is there
    some sort of online "buy and sell" which is either free, or for
    a small percentage of the selling price, or something?
    [I am aware of ebay: But we are not prepared to mail/ship items,
    so hoping for some forum that is more local [where the buyer
    can come and colect the item in our house in Galway City]
