    Hey there everyone,
    I'm not sure of a Belfast-based forum like Boards, so I'm posting this here so it can trickle through to people in the North! Belfast Skeptics in the Pub are running their second event this coming Saturday, with guest speaker David Meade, a local mind-reader. David will be talking about how he got sucked into the psychic industry and then used critical thinking to get himself out of it. He'll also be performing a number of mind-reading illusions too. Come along on Saturday so! It's free and open to everyone. The Facebook event page is here, and we have our website, Facebook and Twitter (as well as a deadly, Tumblr-based scrapbook). Spread the word too!

    That's pretty cool, he sounds like Randi. I don't think we have any Nordies though.

    I don't think we have any Nordies amongst the regulars who have mentioned previously that they are nordies.

    Is nordie offensive?

    Not sure if Nordie is offensive, but I might not try it out just in case ;) We'll be recording it anyway and posting that on our site. Anyone know of any Boards-style fora in Belfast/ the North? I don't :(
