Hi, I need to help. for the last few weeks, I seem not to be able to access my hotmail account. Have you tried accessing it elsewhere? Be careful because if you don't use it for 30 days, you might lose any e-mails stored on the account.

You might try clearing the cache in your browser.

Hi Victor, tried clearing the cache and still no success. i will try on another PC today to see if I can access. Its doing my head in. Thanks for your help, it is very much appreciated.
