Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Could you be a little more specific please?

What program are you using to open these files/folders?

Are they just normal windows (vista/xp/7) folders?

Do you get an error message?

Did anything change recently on the machine (updates/application installs)?

When was the last time you did a virus scan/updated your anti virus?

Thanks for that. But I'm going to have to ask a few more questions.

These "forms". What are they? Do you have any links to them?

(Are they adobe acrobat documents, that is .pdf format. Ensure you've updated your reader. I mention that because it sounds a lot like a compatibility issue.)

What does the message box say (if anything).

    hi

the form was for renewing a lost vlc cert from the local council.
it was in a pdf format, think i updated my reader a couple of months ago.
there is no message in the box.
this box has come up before when trying to load other programs, would have been helpfull if it had given some indication of what it was warning me about

    thks

Right can you copy and paste the link in here to see if I can access it?

Try to uninstall and reinstall adobe reader or check for any updates again. If you can open up other .pdf files and not this one it could be a problem with their site.

Try to right click on the link for the pdf and click save as. Save it to your machine and try to open it up again.
