eircom NGB woes

right, so ive had 3MB ADSL with eircom for the past few years, always worked at around 2.7MB . since we were moved to NGB its back to 1.7MB .. eircom say this is a co-incidence and gave me the speech about the dsl sync being dependant on line quality and distance from exchange etc (which I know only too well) but it seems…

seems to be a common issue ppl are having, try searching the forum for this issue, there may be some suggestions
