Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Get yourself an allen key that fits into the the spindle of the pedal. Make sure that you grease the threads to prevent them from seizing in the crank.
The pedals screw in different to the way you would think.
screw in the cleats to your shoes but remember that you can adjust to suit your knees/feet etc.

Actually only one goes in a different way. What I did with my pedals was put the Allen key in the pedals and put them beside the cranks and pedalled the cranks backwards(opposite to the way they turn when you cycle) and held the allen key in the same angle and then tightened the pedals in when they were in nearly all the way. If this doesn't make sense I'd say there are videos on YouTube.
