I sent all my paperwork off a couple of months ago and never received confirmation that i am still eligible (not that anything has changed) and never received my paperwork back. Anyone else in this situation?.

When you apply late it's not unusual to be waiting a while. But you should probably contact your local authority and confirm that they received your application.
