    Dont know of any in Dundalk but there is a good one in Drogheda Bodyright physio beside the hospital. The acupuncturist is a Physio aswell and she did this Dry-needling technique cus i had this tension in my neck, was sceptial at the time but worked a treat. I quess it depends what you r looking for. Sandra was her name its 0419843950
