I would appreciate any advice you could give about the best way to go about it, should i go through visa first or an australian migration agent if the latter could you recommend one,I heard that the state sponsored list of occupations had changed in victoria taking my trade off it would this be the same throughout oz. any feedback most welcome tx.

Don't take this the wrong way, but the best thing you can do at the moment is browse the immi.gov.au website, and try to find out which visa, if any, you'd be eligible for. Many rules and occupation lists do get changed and updated, but all the information you need is on that site. Once you've identified potential visa types for yourself, read up on the eligibility and requirements. Once you have a better idea of what it is you want, there's plenty of people here to offer an opinion on how you can achieve it.

All states will have different sponsorship criteria. What is a fibrous plasterer exactly anyway? You might be interested to know that south australia has been experiencing a property boom of the past few years (i know, scream / horror / will they not learn from us!!) http://www.adelaidenow.com.au/...1225937886363, but then there's other tales of it going bust too.. http://www.adelaidenow.com.au/pro..25936185845..

Personally, i would avoid visa first, maybe use a migration agent if you find that the process gets too much, but you don't really need one.

Hi, we went though Grace Migration http://www.gracemigration.ie/visas.php to handle our Visa. We applied in Mar for our 176 visa and we got it last Wednesday the 3rd Nov. All being well we'll be gone middle of January.
I would highly recommend Grace migration though.
