You get 200 minutes a week! Any more and you will be charged accordingly. It's on the second paragraph of the terms and conditions.

Its €10 for 7 days of usage. You get 200mins and 200 texts. Once you topup the €10, its gone from your balance, but you will have 7 days from then to use the 200mins and texts
