Christ their service is appalling. I ordered some gifts last week and can't track them as their online tracking is down and won't be back until Dec. 3rd. I contacted their twitter and asked and got some email address to contact. Did that and received an automated response that they were looking into it.

Then I get an email to say that part of my order has been cancelled. No info. on how they are going to refund me.

Totally unprofessional. Never again!
