    Wind has picked up here quite a bit in Eglinton (Derry). Also very bloody cold! No sign of any rain yet.

    I'm thinking it wouldn't be a good idea to go to a forest tonight to cut wood for the fire :P

    a lot of crows heading east here in kildare,i have not seen that many crows flying together in along time.no wind or rain here yet just getting dark and its around 5 degrees.:)

    Are you implying a sixth sense? Its bedtime for them. They're just heading home to roost. They have no idea whats in store for them tonight. Theres a neighbour of yours a few miles to the east of you saying to himself how stupid a different flock of crows are, that are heading west to their roost doom!! :D

    Wet and windy in Castlebar with some fairly strong gusts in the past half hour.Spent the late morning/early afternoon at Knock Airport and at 5 Degrees and a steady S wind it was freezing!! 991hpa in Belmullet(Met).

    Its just really cold, a bit wet and a little windy here now. No storm as of yet, if it decides to come at all.

    Some severe gusts now here in the west, Bullmullet after recording a 100km/h gust. Wind really howling down the chimney, door just slammed shut from a gust

    Raining here nicely now in Tralee Kerry. Wind picking up and birds making there way in from the sea direction :eek:
