LCVP + Subject outside of school

So I've recently switched to art from home ec but now with the subjects that I'm doing in school I won't be able to do LCVP anymore (no subject groupings). So I was wondering, if I were take a subject outside of school that's in the subject groupings, such as ag science that I could group with biology, would I still be…

So I was wondering, if I were take a subject outside of school that's in the subject groupings, such as ag science that I could group with biology, would I still be able to do LCVP even though I'm taking the subject outside of school?
