I've never been able to get into the Gigs/Events thread (on Music) but can't see why as I have never been banned etc? is gigs and events a restricted forum? Thanks

You may be trying to post in a restricted forum such as Soccer, or one of the many private forums on boards.ie.

is gigs and events a restricted forum? Thanks

It seems you were banned from there for mentioning mcd when the ban on mentioning them was in place. If you PM the mods there, f®eak s©enery, lordgoat and Mr.S explaining the situation to them I'm sure they'll lift the ban.
