I started renting out my place from 1/9, am I correct in thinking as the 'liability date' the fee applies from is 1 March this year that as it wasn't rented as of that date, that I am not liable for the charge until next year?

Just want to make sure all is above board with what i'm doing (have registered with the PRTB etc).

It seems you still have to pay the full amount, the first 'years' payment wasn't a full year, it only started July 2009, the next annual payment was due March 2010 as far as I'm aware.

    I can't see anywhere that allows a part-payment.

Best thing to do is contact them and ask.
