    hey guys just noticed a while ago have the internet but no dial tone of the phone any ideas of what could be wrong

    Check how everything is connected....see the physical connection guide in the charter/FAQ sticky.

    Your problem is likely due to an incorrect connection cable wise or potentially a internal wiring issue

    yeah turns out it was a internal wire that had come loose everything fine now phone and broadband speed back to what it should be thanks for the help and mods could you please close the thread
