    I finally have a reason to post here:D
    My house mate just bought me a pressie of sun dried tomato and balsamic vinegar full grain mustard and it smells lovely! I cant wait to try it later....

    Opps, sorry I should have followed up....
    I had it on fresh baked batch loaf bread, lightly toasted with an (un)healthy serving of brie.
    It was sooo nice even my gf, who does not eat cheese, loved it.
    Its from Avoca and while I'm usually not into such 'prepared' food I gotta say it was lovely!
    I'm gonna be doing a ham joint soon and that, with a little bit of honey will be my next use.
    Its making me hungry even thinking about it!
    Yummmmmm
