    Does anyone know how to evade this three strikes?e.g what sites aren't being monitored etc

    you could always use a VPN its not 100% but eircom would have todo deep packet inspection

    Are using sites such as frostwire or utorrent too risky now?cause I know a few fellas who've received letters
