Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Fletch looking like Scholesy in disguise with a ball like that Good finish from Park.

Hopefully that should settle us down for the second half.

I don't know about you, but I've only see one front player in this game and its been Chicho. Obertan is playing at the front of a 3 man midfield, and putting him on the wings would make it a proper 2 man midfield with little cover.

He is offering nothing defensively so I don't see how putting him out wide would effect us defending wolves through the center.

Anyway there will be no changes for a while now.

FFS Wolves, get to half time at least.

    Great composure from park.
Not a good peformance at all, but the Hargreaves injury took the wind out of our sails.

I'm not oo dissapointed by the inexperienced Obertan and Bebe, but the left wing has been a constant source of inspiration for Wolves, Brown has been awful at RB, Vidic and Ferdinand are having a stinker and only have good fortune to thank for sparing thier blushes.

We're maing Wolves look good so far, we need to be meaner and more decisive at the back, no more dicking about in the second half.

    Glazers Out!

Dodgy first-half in which we were lucky to be going in at HT 1up.

    Some dodgy passes going astray.

Lets hope we kick on in the second period.

Hopefully Wolves will come at us in the 2nd half. The pace we have up front could do some damage on counters.

Fletcher, Vida, Chico and Obertan have all been doing well imo.

We still need changes at half time. We have been lucky on more than one occasion and the score line is cruel on Wolves.

But with the goal right before the break and the right attitude in the second we can put the game to bed with one more goal. I can breath a little easier now, just a little.

    Darren Fletcher football genius.

Woeful, woeful half though. We were very lucky not to be behind. Bébé is having a shocker. Scholesy on ASAP please.

What a ball by Fletch. the much maligned Park gets the finish again. I don't understand the hard time he gest from some United fans, great little player.

True, but our back four has looked a bit creaky so far. Let's hope they don't find a way through when they get forward.

He's a great player but today has been a little messy on the ball & with the distribution of the passing too.

Scholes is perfect for this game.

After that 45 mins I wouldve been happy with 0-0, to lead is a big bonus. Seriously need to up it 2nd half.

Kevin Doyle causing a few problems, good from an Irish point of view I suppose!

He's been fantastic so far, giving Brown a lot to think about and dragging the back four out of position. If he was English the tabloids would be creaming themsleves about him.

I agree and Im always arguing with people who constantly give out about the likes of Park and O'Shea. These are the kinds of players that seperate winning EPLs from having a good first team and not being able to win once first team players need to be rested. They do a solid job, not amazing, but they are really good squad players . .

And it's also a perfect game for him to pick up his 5th booking, which none of us want. Keep him on the bench, unless he is really needed.

That's ok if he does because we will need him to break down city's uber defensive team I think

Bebe needs to stop putting his foot through every cross and start trying to pick people out!

    Wednesday is Man City.

and with all due respect to Wolves, you'll need Scholes for that a lot more than you should need him for this.

just to spell it out like...

    :pac:

Well I'd consider Villa away a perfect game for him to be playing in - If he was to get his yellow in that, now that would be perfect.

Missing the Wigan game is what he should be looking for in an ideal world.

I'd put money on him missing the Villa game after one of his trademark tackles goes in on Wednesday!

3 pts today is just as important as 3 pts on Wednesday. However as long we stay in front, I think scholes will stay on the bench.

Even people from Manchester are more interested in winning the league and closing the gap on chelsea then beating city.
