    I still dont understand how these tiger kidnappings keep happening, surely people with access to that sort of money should have personal panic buttons, trackers in their cars, trackers in whatever they need to bring into the bank to get the money (briefcases, keys etc..) and be monitored for irregular movements.

    The technology is there and it costs a lot less than what's being stolen!
