Help! Lost VB code

    Hi guys I'm wondering can you help me with a problem, my usb stick recently died with college stuff on it. I got it restored and all of the files are there except for the VB files are blank when I try and open with notepad, and say unrecognized when I try and open them.

    Does anyone know how to get the code back? the file I wanna open is MainPage.xaml.vb but its blank.

    Is the original xaml file there? - doesn't the xaml.vb get auto generated? - or am i totally wrong. I thought it did in C#.
