Hi everyone,

I'm renting out my apartment, tenant has moved in today. I've filled out the PRTB form & will post that tomorrow. I will also do the NPPR. Is it better to do the PRTB & NPPR forms online as I saw a thread saying there is a huge backlog for the PRTB forms? However, the tenant & I have signed the printed out PRTB form. Is there anything else I need to do, forms etc. etc. Obviously I will be doing my tax returns at the end of the year (incidentally what form will I need to do this?). Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I'm a first-timer!! Thanks in advance!
