Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hey, I am new to Microsoft Excel. I want to put a title on my columns. So in Column A1 will be replaced with the title.

If I can't do that how do I put a title on the columns?
    Would really appreciate an answer!

    you mean cell A1..

I'm not sure I understand your question. You can type whatever you like in the cell at the top of a column.

Do you mean you want to define your own title instead of the cell headings (A,B,C,D etc)?

I don't think it's possible as these are used for reference.

Yes that is what I want!

I just don't know how to do it.

I don't think you can do that. is there a reason you need to though? if it's about scrolling, you can freeze the top row.

How do I freeze the top row then? That means I put the Title in the first cell and freeze it?

    Thanks !

You can change the Column Headings i.e A,B,C,D etc to anything you want, but they won't show up on the sheet. To do this you need to select the column, then highlight the text in the name box at the top left hand corner of the sheet (i.e. A1) and just type in what ever you want to call it.

But remember it will still show up as column A on the sheet, but when you select column A you will see whatever you called it in the name box.

You can get around this by using row one as your header row, type what ever you want the columns to be called, then go into tools, options, and turn off headers but this also gets rid of your of your row numbers.

ok, well the easiest thing to do is use the top row for your titles. What's going in the worksheet if you don't mind me asking?
